TriAxis Visioneering Group was established in Jeddah to address a persistent problem in the Kingdom's construction sector: the coordination failure between mechanical and controls engineering disciplines. Projects routinely lost time, quality, and budget at the interface between HVAC contractors and BMS integrators — two scopes that should be managed as one.
We built TriAxis to own that interface. By delivering both disciplines under a single technical team, we eliminate the gaps that cause commissioning delays, documentation failures, and systems that facility teams can't operate independently.
